YOU!  As mothers, in order to keep giving, guiding, carrying, holding, loving, nurturing and protecting, we must allow ourselves to be held and nourished as well. Let us gather together, Mother-to-Mother, in sacred circle to unite our intentions for the health and well-being of our minds, bodies, and spirits, especially before the rush of the holiday season. 

Krista is an intuitive healer and shamanic practitioner who is passionate about deepening our relationship to our bodies, each other, the Earth and to Spirit. During this event, Krista will lead the participants through intention setting, energy healing, guided meditation and visualization, a sharing circle, and bless the circle with sacred sound and song.
