Circle of Support with Krista Bowman

We will be hosting a support group for people to gather together and share what is on their hearts heading into the holiday season. This time can be filled with many different emotions. It is so important that we allow ourselves to feel these emotions and talk out loud about what we are experiencing. I invite you to be witnessed and supported in a safe, non-judgmental space. 

Krista is an intuitive healer and shamanic practitioner who is passionate about deepening our relationship to our bodies, each other, the Earth and to Spirit. During this event, Krista will lead the participants through a sharing circle, as well as a guided meditation for grounding.
